Burgess Project

Westport Area, Southern Ontario Mining Division, ON., Canada

MEGA Graphite Inc.’s North Burgess property consists of 14 contiguous claims situated approximately 25 km northeast of the Bedford Property, near the town of Westport.

Historical records indicate that graphite was first discovered here in 1917. A small mining operation opened in the early 1920's with limited production. The mine was tested again in the 1950's at which time a deposit was outlined by exploratory diamond drilling and trenching over a strike length of 140 m, reported to be > 8% graphitic carbon.

Further work was conducted in the 1980's, which revealed the presence of other graphite bearing zones. From that work, an estimated graphite resource of >940,000 tons @ 7% Cg was reported (non- N43-101 compliant). Processing / separation tests were also conducted at that time.

Property Geology

The geological setting of the North Burgess property is very similar to that of the Bedford Property. Graphite is largely hosted by Grenville age marble, occurring along a specific stratigraphic horizon, which is projected to have a strike length exceeding 1.5km within the property.

The host rocks are intensely deformed, resulting in structural traps which are zones of very high grade mineralization.

Airborne geophysical surveys have recently been completed over the entire property.

MEGA Graphite Inc plans to conduct further exploration of the mineralized horizon to expand those resources.
